Terms & Conditions wew1n — Read Before You Play

In this wew1n Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "wew1n" refers to the online betting and entertainment platform accessible via the wew1n.net domain, including all services offered on it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the wew1n platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a Member to access wew1n's services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) available in a Member's account at any given time.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a Member on any game or sporting event on the wew1n platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, promotional offer, or incentive granted by wew1n to a Member under the specified conditions.
• "Platform" refers to the entire wew1n service ecosystem, including the website, mobile interface and all related tools.

To register and use the wew1n platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform.
• Residing in or physically located in Malaysia while accessing the wew1n platform.
• Register using accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online betting services by any relevant authority.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period or any restriction imposed by wew1n for any reason.

Wew1n takes its responsibility seriously to ensure this platform is not accessed by minors. If we detect that an account has been registered by someone under the age of 18, the account will be terminated immediately and all balances forfeited without compensation.

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only on the wew1n platform. This one-account policy is strictly enforced using multiple detection methods, including phone number checks, IP address, device, full name, and payment information.

• Every wew1n account must be registered with an active, unique Malaysian phone number that has not been used for any other wew1n account.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Members are responsible for updating their account details whenever changes occur.
• Your account password is entirely your own responsibility. wew1n will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any other communication channel.
• Members are prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring account ownership or allowing third parties to use their accounts.
• Wew1n reserves the right to decline registration or close an account at the platform's absolute discretion without providing a reason.

Wew1n accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered under the verified Member's name. wew1n does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Wew1n reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before approving any deposit or withdrawal transaction.
• Any attempt to deposit funds via unlisted methods or using false information will result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being investigated.
• Members can set their own daily and monthly deposit limits through account settings as part of wew1n's responsible gambling tools.

Wew1n is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The following terms and procedures apply to all Members:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (anti-money laundering policy).
• Withdrawal processing time is between 1 to 3 hours on business days — once identity verification and compliance checks are completed.
• Members who have not completed the identity verification (KYC) process may experience delays or withdrawal limits until the process is finalised.
• Wew1n reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes or to investigate suspicious activity.
• Any winnings obtained through unauthorised means, system exploitation, or fraud will be voided and the relevant amount forfeited.

Wew1n offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the terms and rollover requirements clearly stated in each promotional offer. It is the Member's responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before claiming it.

• The wew1n welcome bonus can only be claimed one time only per new Member and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• The standard rollover requirement for bonuses at wew1n is between 5x and 15x bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus funds and cash cannot be mixed for the purpose of meeting rollover requirements — bonus funds must be played through separately in the order determined by the system.
• Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the stipulated validity period will expire automatically without further notice.
• Wew1n reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the accounts suspended.

All bets placed on the wew1n platform — whether on Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, roulette, Live Casino or lottery — are subject to the following general rules:

• The minimum stake for Sports Betting is RM 10 and maximum bet limits vary depending on the match type and market selected.
• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the wew1n system are final and non-reversible by Members except where specifically stated in the relevant game rules.
• Wew1n reserves the right to void or modify bets in the event of a technical error, incorrectly published odds, or exceptional circumstances affecting the outcome of a match.
• In-play bets (placed during a live match) may be rejected or suspended during critical moments such as penalty kicks or injury time.
• Wew1n uses reputable third-party sports data providers to determine results. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the decision of wew1n's official data provider is final.
• Bets placed on postponed or abandoned matches will be voided unless the match resumes and concludes within 72 hours of the original start time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wew1n platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different information with the intent to circumvent policy or obtain unauthorised benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools that interact with the wew1n platform without written authorisation.
• Any form of fraud, odds manipulation, collusion between players, or match result manipulation.
• Money laundering or using the wew1n platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any Member who discovers a bug is required to report it to wew1n support immediately.
• Filing fraudulent claims related to payments, bets, or promotions with wew1n or any third-party payment provider.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing wew1n support staff or other Members on any communication channel within the platform.

Wew1n reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account in the following situations without prior notice:

• Violation of any terms set out in this wew1n Terms & Conditions document.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any transaction or login.
• Account closure requested by the Member through official wew1n support channels.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact wew1n's support team via email at support@wew1n.net. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the Member (once all rollover requirements are met) within 5–7 business days.

Wew1n takes the privacy and security of all Members' personal data seriously. The collection, processing and use of Members' personal data on the wew1n platform is carried out in accordance with wew1n's Privacy Policy, which can be read in full at Privacy Policy page us.

• Members' personal data is collected for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and improvement of wew1n's services.
• Wew1n will not sell, rent, or disclose Members' personal data to third parties without their consent, except where required by law or a competent authority.
• All data stored on wew1n's servers is protected by industry-grade encryption and strict access controls.
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting wew1n through official channels.

The wew1n platform is provided on an as-is basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, wew1n cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues.

• Wew1n is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or sports event postponements beyond the platform's control.
• Wew1n is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Member's account caused by the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• In any circumstance, wew1n's maximum total liability to any Member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Wew1n reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

• Members will be notified of major amendments via in-app notifications or email to their registered address.
• Continued use of the wew1n platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
• If a Member disagrees with any amendment, they have the right to close their account by contacting the wew1n support team.
• The last effective date of this document is 1 January 2026. All previous versions are no longer in effect.
